He's been interested in lighting ever since he was a young boy. He started in the theatre aged thirteen and has then gone on to many other things since.
His experience ranges from live music to theatre, and everything in between, including shows touring the South Coast and London as well as working with many great artists throughout the years.
With a passion for photography, James takes his camera where ever he goes and is always looking for that perfect shot.
The love started in May 2009 when he got his first digital SLR camera and to date, has taken in excess of 30,000 photos!
With coverage of many events from live music, weddings, days out and festivals to name a few, James is always happy snapping away.
James' involvement with Basement Studio has been a major part of his life for the past two years, where he has helped build the studio from scratch.
Now he has been given the opportunity to operate the sound and lighting hire division of the studio, and he's really excited about the future of it.
James is always happy to hear from people, whether it's regarding photography, lighting or just to find out more about him!
